  • As soon as you have a date for your event, you’ll want to secure your favorite vendors before they book. most book 8+ months ahead!

  • You will receive sneak peeks within 48 hours, and a full wedding gallery is delivered 6-8 weeks after your wedding.

  • I deliver all my photos through an easy, online gallery which can be shared through a link . If you'd like a thumb drive- let me know and I'll be happy to make arrangements.

  • Yes, we can break down your payments into multiple payments from the time of booking, all the way up to your wedding day that fits your budget and financial planning.

  • I believe each couple has a unique story and vision, and my goal is to make that come to life! My main goal is to capture beautiful photos that tell a story and allow you to be fully present on your wedding day.

Hi, I’m Gracie! My journey into wedding coordination has been years in the making. I’ve worked in many different areas of the wedding industry — now being a full personal and creative assistant for Riann!

With a degree in Psychology & Human Relations, I bring a thoughtful, people-first approach paired with strong organizational skills (I’m type-A to the core and love crossing things off a to-do list!) As a wife and stay-at-home mom to my one-year-old son, I’ve also learned the value of balance, flexibility, and grace under pressure.
