  • There will not be more than 5-6 creatives in your group at a time.

  • Summer in NYC is warm and sometimes humid, and showers are possible. Typically, it is 80–85 °F with warm sun during the day, and around 67–71 °F at night! Bring lightweight clothing, stay hydrated, and plan for a little flexibility.

  • Each group will have a lead photographer that has been appointed. Each lead will call out the shots for approximately 5 minutes then will give everyone their own time to call out their own! If you get stuck, your lead is there to help.

  • Absolutely. These shoots are designed for you to build your portfolio and share your work. Vendor credit is always appreciated when posting.

  • Just your camera gear, any preferred lenses, and anything personal you like to create with. Everything else is styled and provided. Bring your outfits, shoes that are comfortable for walking, any accessories or props you love, and maybe a small bag for water or snacks. Layers are great if the weather changes!

  • Yes. Whether you’re newer or more experienced, the shoot is designed to give you content and confidence while creating in a supportive environment.

  • We’ll keep an eye on the weather and adjust as needed. Some elements may shift, but the overall experience and concepts will still be carried out.

  • Due to the planning and coordination involved, tickets are non-refundable. However, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another photographer if needed!

  • Don’t worry — we’ve got you! NYC can feel big & intimidating, but that’s part of the magic. I’ll guide you to the best spots, keep everything organized, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Whether it’s navigating the streets, subways, or iconic locations, we’ll make it a fun, memorable, and a stress-free experience — so all you have to do is show up and enjoy the shoot.

  • NYC has three major airports — JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), and Newark (EWR). Depending on where you’re coming from, I can recommend the easiest option for your arrival.

  • Most locations are accessible via rideshares, taxis, or the subway. We can help you plan routes or suggest the best pick-up spots to keep your day smooth, or you can hangout with us most of the day!

  • NYC is exciting, busy, and full of iconic locations — but a little prep makes it stress-free. Plan your outfits for walking, give yourself extra time for travel between locations, and bring comfortable shoes. Don’t worry about navigating the city — we’ll guide you to every spot and make sure your day flows smoothly.

  • Yes! All our shoots feature professional models and local vendors, ensuring each session feels fresk & new. Models are comfortable in front of the camera, which makes it easier to focus on capturing authentic moments.

  • NYC has options for every budget. I recommend staying in Manhattan or close to the shoot locations to minimize travel time. I’m happy to suggest nearby hotels or rentals that are convenient for pickups and meeting points.

  • The yacht experience is a relaxed editorial session on the water featuring skyline views, creative portraits, and intentional connection. We’ll begin by photographing the couple on the dock before boarding, then move into candid moments, creative headshots, and editorial-inspired imagery throughout the experience.

While on board, there will be time to sip, see, and connect with fellow creatives while enjoying provided refreshments, including soda and light drinks. We’ll also have a casual group discussion around the photography industry, business growth & creative inspiration.

For comfort and safety, please plan to wear closed-toe shoes, bring a light jacket, and have a camera strap for shooting on the water.
