First Look at Wynchester Gardens | Oklahoma’s Newest Luxury Wedding Venue

There are some events that leave a lasting impression long after the evening ends, and a recent visit to Wynchester Gardens was undoubtedly one of them.

Located in Mounds, Oklahoma, Wynchester Gardens is one of Oklahoma’s newest luxury wedding venues, offering couples a beautifully designed setting just outside of Tulsa. Recently, I had the opportunity to photograph a vendor soirée hosted by XO Event Co., bringing together some of the most talented wedding professionals from across the state for an evening centered around creativity, connection, and celebration.

From the moment guests arrived, every detail felt intentional. Live harp music echoed throughout the venue’s stunning glass atrium while guests explored thoughtfully curated vendor experiences. Floral installations added the perfect pop of color, candlelight created an inviting atmosphere, and every corner of the venue offered inspiration for future weddings hosted at Wynchester Gardens.

The event, A Parisian Promenade Soirée, showcased not only the beauty of this new Oklahoma wedding venue but also the incredible talent within the local wedding industry. Guests enjoyed handcrafted cocktails, espresso experiences, incredible cake artistry, interactive displays, live entertainment, and a fireworks finale that brought the evening to a memorable close.

As an Oklahoma wedding photographer, one of my favorite parts of the evening was seeing how seamlessly the venue transformed throughout the event. The glass atrium provided beautiful natural light, while the thoughtfully designed spaces created endless opportunities for both candid moments and timeless portraits. Every detail felt elevated while still maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
